NextStep ("NextStep," "we," "us") operates the website nextstepnow.store and sells The NextStep System — a digital, educational product that teaches you how to build a Shopify store, step by step.
2. Agreement to these terms
By using this website or purchasing the system, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make a purchase. At checkout, ticking the agreement box is your acceptance of these terms. Your use of the site is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
3. Age requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make this purchase and that they have reviewed these terms with you.
4. The product
The NextStep System is a digital product. Access is delivered online immediately after purchase. Nothing physical will be shipped. The system is educational content: it shows the build process — it does not build a store for you, and it does not include Shopify's own subscription fees or any third-party costs.
5. Price and payment
The system is a one-time purchase of USD $57, processed through secure checkout. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no additional or hidden fees from us.
6. Lifetime access and updates
Your purchase includes lifetime access — meaning access for the lifetime of the product, for as long as NextStep operates the system — and every future update to the system, included at no extra cost.
7. 30-day money-back guarantee
Every purchase is covered by an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If you want a refund for any reason, email [email protected] from the email address you purchased with, within 30 days of your purchase, and we will refund every dollar — no questions asked. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. This section is our entire refund policy and replaces any other refund language anywhere on this site.
8. Results and earnings disclaimer
NextStep is an educational system designed to teach the process of building an ecommerce store. We do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money using our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. Your results depend on many factors, including your background, effort, and consistency. Building a business involves risk and sustained work. Nothing on this site is a promise of income.

10. License and intellectual property
